Personal Respons: I would thing she should have gotten her ears pierced a long time ago. There is no reason to be afraid of getting your ears pierced. Its good that Lauren found someone that she likes, so she could forget about the other guy.

Journal Entry: Lauren goes to get her ears pierced with her best friend Bonnie. They go to the jewelery store for the piercing. Lauren got her's pierced and bonnie almost past out.. On their way to the coffie shop , zack comes up to them. Lauren likes him but he is just an 8th grader and she is a 9th grade. At the end her mom doesn't get mad of the ear piercing.
